Please note that all applications are on competitive basis. Eligibility for Funding: These are the core criteria for the Leader+ programme and it is essential applicants can demonstrate that they can fulfil all these criteria. 1 The project is within REAP's Local Action Group geographical area - i.e. rural wards of Newtownabbey, Antrim and Carrickfergus 2 Relates to central themes of the strategy 3 The project contributes to the objectives and performance targets of the LAG's Business Plan 4 The project cannot reach viability without funding 5 The total Leader funding will not exceed 50% grant aid rate in the case of capital grants.
